Genomics and Sequencing Core
Overview
Recent advances in genome sequencing and high-throughput technology to analyze gene expression have placed biology at the forefront of modern science. The Genomics and Sequencing Core provides services, reagents and expertise to perform assays ranging from small-scale to large-scale analysis of gene expression and sequence data, microRNA detection, detection of SNPs and somatic mutations, TaqMan Low Density Arrays, and HIV and other viral quantitation. Projects related to HIV research are given additional assistance.
