* If you are an active CFAR affiliated member, or your research project is a collaborative effort with a CFAR investigator, please notify the laboratory personnel to ensure that your work is billed at the appropriate rate.

Payment Information

The Veterans Medical Research Foundation (VMRF) administers all the billing for our core services. If your affiliation is with UCSD, a PO number must be established before any samples can be processed through the lab. Please contact Judy Nordberg at VA ext. 5933 to receive instructions for initiating this process. Investigators with VMRF or VA funding need only to provide a budget number.

Acknowledgment of Support

The operation of our core facility is supplemented heavily by government research funding. To continue to maintain this support, it is essential that investigators acknowledge the facility’s contribution to their research projects.
