The VMRF Contracts & Grants Department is often the first contact an investigator has with VMRF, and as such, we strive to provide quality and excellence in our service to our VASDHS/VMRF research community. We provide pre and post award contracts and grants management which includes, but is not limited to: assistance with the preparation of proposals, review of submission in accordance with agency guidelines, financial tracking of accounts once awards are made, and assistance with submission of agency requirements for final closeout of projects. In addition, the Contracts & Grants Administrators also conduct initial negotiation of clinical trial agreements.

We take pride in providing full service and being a “one stop shop” for our Principal Investigators and their staffs by responding to questions and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.

Contracts & Grants Administrators are often the Principal Investigator’s first “door” to VMRF and it is because of our dedication to professionalism and service that our Contracts & Grants team is comprised of helpful, knowledgeable and professional individuals who are willing to assist in any way possible. We are always willing to “go the extra mile,” knowing that the success of our investigators is a success for VMRF, as well as our entire research community.
