HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

The Veterans Medical Research Foundation observes the following holiday schedule where laboratories and offices are generally closed for business.

* New Year's Day (January 1)
* Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (third Monday in January)
* Presidents' Day (third Monday in February)
* Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
* Independence Day (July 4)
* Labor Day (first Monday in September)
* Columbus Day (second Monday in October)
* Veterans' Day (November 11)
* Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November)
* Christmas (December 25)

Please note: Should New Years Day, Independence Day, Veterans’ Day and Christmas fall on a Saturday, offices will be closed the Friday prior. Should any of these mentioned holidays fall on a Sunday, offices will be closed on the following Monday.

NEW MEETING EXPENSE FORM

VMRF updated its meeting expense form to reflect the Board approved changes to the Meeting and Conference Expenses Policy. Effective immediately, please use the updated form to request reimbursement for meeting and conference expenses. Your use of the updated form will assist VMRF staff in classifying your expense as an allowable research or education expense. Please remember that VMRF strongly recommends requesting pre-approval of meeting and conference expenses.
