Mr. Whalen has more than 38 years of experience in senior management, sales, marketing and financial planning.�He has founded and grown several companies, built management teams, and managed several IPO�s.
Mr. Whalen is currently the President of La Jolla Marine, Inc. a privately held boat builder. In 2002, he acquired and, later, merged Vivocom, LLC with another software development company. He founded and took public C2i Solutions, Inc., a NASDAQ company, while serving as Chairman of the BofD, and CEO of this software services company.�Mr. Whalen served as a Member of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Operating Officer of NETCOM On-line Communication Services, Inc., a NASDAQ, publicly traded Internet service provider and software developer. He founded and took public as Cofounder, Executive Vice President of Optimum Care Corporation, a NASDAQ publicly traded company operating behavioral medicine programs in healthcare facilities.
Mr. Whalen graduated from St. Mary�s College of California with a BA in English Literature and American History, holds a MBA from California State University, and practiced as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California., with Price Waterhouse & Co.
